[ Cây Đạt Phước - Indian Cork Tree, Millingtonia hortensis ]
Dear friends!
On December 19th 2024, the fourfold Sangha of Thai Plum Village welcomed two novice monks and six novice nuns in the Ordination Family named Indian Cork Tree (Cây Đạt Phước).
The newly ordained monks and nuns belong to the 44th generation of the Linji lineage and the 10th generation of the Liễu Quán Dharma line.
Their Dharma names are: Brother Chân Nhất Hiếu, Sister Chân Kiên Hạnh, Brother Chân Nhất Pháp, Sister Chân Nhẫn Hạnh, Sister Chân Định Hạnh, Sister Chân Tĩnh Hạnh, Sister Chân Lý Hạnh, and Sister Chân Trí Hạnh.
The Sangha happily shares this piece of good news to every one of you near and far, so that the eight newly manifested little Đạt Phước “trees” will receive all of your love and trust, grow healthily, and contribute to the beauty of life.
